With a focus on Jesus as the leader of leaders, the Arrow Leadership Programme seeks to develop each young leader’s spiritual life through integrated spiritual disciplines like worship, prayer and study as well as time in reflective and restorative retreat environments.
Arrow Leadership Programme modules are led by some of the world’s top leadership specialists. Acting more as personal consultants than lecturers, Arrow’s dynamic trainers communicate from a framework of real-life ministry experience as well as a solid biblical world-view.
Although solidly grounded in biblical truth and academic theory, learning at Arrow is focused on issues relevant to emerging ministry leaders. Specific content is built around three primary elements: Character, Leadership & Evangelism, and Kingdom Seeking.
Learning that is limited to books, conferences and classrooms provides limited transformation. Therefore, the Arrow Leadership Programme is based on an integrated learning process that includes significant personal assessment and feedback, four five-day residential seminars, the development of a customised leadership development plan, on-site leadership mentoring, regular personal mentoring off-site and on-going peer mentoring, a foundation of prayer as well as on-going alumni support.
